out of the bat we can get jane out, probably the most vulnerable
bird gal doesn't seem to be able to fly so not really a great chance there either
boxing girl also seems to be going down quite fast
karate girl has a chance if (supposing she trained) her reaction speed is fast enough to dodge the punch that's about to come, a swing of a bat and literal magic
bat girl has a big chance because she has a weapon, but she'd probably still be beaten by witch gal, unless her magic isn't really that fast, but seeing how she's casting lightning i'd suppose she has the best chance to win

tldr: probably witch wins

i think the shading looks pretty good, i would even go as far as saying its the highlight of the piece
